Little TV Addict

Yay, I can’t wait for tomorrow to come. I am bringing my sister to London, and we are meeting some friends. We have also made some plans for the 2 days that we are there, to go visit Icebar!! Its always been there, but I dont know why I havn’t been in before!! Apparently everything in the icebar is made of ice, including the tables, chairs and glassess! It is going to be awesome.

We will also be going to harrods, planning to try some macaroons. After that go hunt for bogner ski wear in town, followed by visiting MnM world, and then to china town for a meal! Not forgetting, we will be seeing Lion dance as well in china town, it is going to be crowded, but it will be fun. At least we wont be stuck in torquay for CNY, haha!

Oh my god, past 3 days felt like 3 months!!!

I know Im becoming like one of ‘them’, who moans and complains about everything. When it is busy, I moan, when it is quiet, I moan! Lol..

I have been working in a quiet store cain brixham for the past 3 days, I havn’t felt so bored and sleepy for such a long time at work!! The 1st 2 hours was still bearable, I was finishing up the collections, owings, checking blister packs etc. By 11am, all work has been done, and that is it! And there werent many customers too. So I practically stood there all day, staring at the watch for 5.30pm!! Hahaha.

For the first time in 2 years of my working life, I did not turn up to work until my boss rang me at 9.30am!!!

When I received the call, I literally jumped out of my bed, thinking oh god, its 9.30am already?! Whats going on? How come my alarm did not ring?? Ahh, I guess it did ring, but I snooze it and fell asleep again and never got up again.. haha!

With my job as a pharmacist, the shop has to be remained closed until I turn up, so god knows how much money they’v lost within an hour!!! I felt so bad. I had a thought, maybe I should hunt for easier jobs like Counter Attendant Jobs instead? Haha. At least it involves less responsibility.

To pay back for that, I had to take taxi to work, costs me £13!! Urgh, not good especially when I am trying to save up. Oh well, at least I did not get any scolding from my boss or the staffs. They were all very understanding!!

Hmm.. so they are coming to visit me and meet up with my elder sister come May. It is time to plan for a short trip in europe again!

So Iv been to most of the common european countries, so Im cracking my head to think where else I want to go to before I go home for good. My dad wants to visit scandinavia, but it is rather expensive. I guess with proper planning in advance, it should still be affordable. But where in scandinavia, sweden, denmark, finland, norway? Urgh. Such a difficult decision.

I would really like to see polar bears in norway, but iv checked the price, its insanely expensive! Unless im a millionair, if not it is not possible. Haha. Any suggestions?

I can’t believe how I spent my last weekend. After shopping for testors model paint in town, came home, had lunch, I sat down and never got up again. Why??? Because I was hooked on to the TV for over 10 hours watching one movie after another.

Iv always been into tv serials, drama etc, but it seems like there are not many great tv shows at the moment, or at least nothing that captures my attention, so I turned to watching MOVIES.

PPS is really good for streaming movies especially when you have fast broadband. I watched all the movies from there, and you barely have to wait for it to stream, just click play and watch. The only downside is not all the movies are recent, there are many old films, and less new films. That is absolutely fine with me, since there are many old movies that I havn’t watched before.

The few I have watched recently are Change Up, Bridesmaids, One Day, Family Man, Zoo Keeper etc!! They were all pretty good, I have to say! Have you watched any good ones recently?

Im addicted to TVB once again, since the x factors are finished now. Also, they have stopped Greys Anatomy over the xmas period. When I havn’t got other good shows to watch, Ill always fall back to TVB, eventhough they aren’t that great, especially the latest TVB – When Heaven Burns, I think the plot is just full of crap. How is it possible for a group of guys to eat their best friend? Absurd.

Having said that, the other TVB series is pretty good, and I can’t wait to watch the finale tomorrow – Bottled Passion. This is a good series, if you havn’t got anything to watch, then Id recommend this!!

So I thought I had time to make the huge decision on when to go home. But I can’t believe I passed my exam on my 1st attempt! Urgh. My plan was If I failed the exam, I could go home for the resit in March, then consider going home for good in June or Sept. But now that I have passed it, I feel like I need to make a decision soon.

Coincidently,a friend of mine really likes the place I am staying in and would be moving over to my area for her pharmacy training, so it could save her the time hunting down a place and going through home rentals. So that would come in handy for myself, and her. I could leave all my stuff for her to use!

I also need to give 3 months notice to the company anyway, the earliest I can go is March, but I ain’t sure whether its too soon? Am I making the right decision etc. I know I will eventually go home, but I dont want to delay anymore, as I have delayed a year already, I will be putting it off again if I dont decide and make up my mind.

But one thing for sure, I am going to make this decision for myself without any influence from anyone else.

Eversince I had my iphone, I keep looking around for nice looking iphone covers. I have changed 4 so far!

Red has never been my favourite, but I have had the 2nd red iphone cover in the last 2 months!! Ahh, what is it with red and me now. Aluminium sticker covers are the ‘in’ thing now, so Iv got myself one when I was in Malaysia. It looks really smooth and sleek, and absolutely gorgeous on white iphone However, I still don’t know the after effects of removing the sticker! Hopefully it doesnt leave any marks.

I received a shocking text message when I was browsing through chain nose pliers online on my day off! When my mum said congratulations, you passed! I was like ‘what is she going on about, passed what’? Then I remembered my pharmacy law exam I did in November! Boy I was so surprised, I really thought I failed it. The essay part was ok, but the multiple choice questions, I did not have time to do them, for most of them, I just gave it a guess!

Well, I think many people did worst than me or something, or maybe my essay just helped me passed it! Whatever it is, a pass is a pass, at least I dont have to sit for the exam again! That is definately a good news, because that means I dont have to study anymore! Hooray.

So my sister will be coming to visit me, next week! Feels so soon!

When I left malaysia 3 weeks ago, I felt dreadful to come back to England, I wanted my sister to come badly, so agreed to sponsor half of her ticket! Ha-ha. And now after a few weeks in England, I have settled again, and I think I have regretted it! Lol!!

It will costs me a few hundred pounds having her here, £200 for air ticket, food for a month, transportation, etc, and of course the massive sales after xmas, it will easily costs me £500!! And with that amount, I can buy a ticket home already lol. Silly me. Oh well, at least I will have a company for a month, thats something good besides the money.
