Alice in Wonderland is a 2010 fantasy adventure film by Tim Burton. It is an extension of Lewis Carroll’s novels Alice’s Adventures in Wonderland and Through the Looking-Glass. The film uses a technique of combining live action and animation.

Synopsis

The film is about Alice, 19 who accidentally returns to Underland, a place she visited when she was 13, and she reunited with her old friends there and learns of her true destiny. She was told that she is the only person who can slay the Jabberwocky, a dragon controlled by the Red Queen. Burton reported that this is not a sequel to previous films. It premiered in London at the Odeon Leicester Square on February 25, 2010 and was released in USA and the UK on 5th of March, 2010 in theatres. This film is also available to be watched in IMAX 3D theatre

The long waited Alice In Wonderland 3D is out in the cinemas! I’v always loved Alice in Wonderland since I was a kid, its great that they are now making it into an ‘adult’ version of it. I’v been a fan of Johnny Depp since The pirates of the carribean, so Im really looking forward for this movie. From the trailer, it does look really appealing to me!! I’m really excited, I cant wait to watch it. Anyone watched this already? Let me know what you think ok? I think this will be a great film for the family especially if you have young children, would be a great thing to do on a Sunday, Im sure the kids will love it

The reviews from www.imdb.com shows quite good feedback, ratings were 7/10, it does look quite promising. Let’s hope it is a good one.

Amazing race season 16 Episode 5 -Germany –> France

This week’s Episode 5 is out. My internet has been so slow today,I dont know what is wrong. It is so frustrating, that is why I can’t give you a full summary of what happened in the race today. Maybe you can update me instead, anyone?  I managed to watch some but not till the end. However I’ll quickly update you on the results that I found out from youtube.

The detectives, Louie and Michael came in 1st again, for the 2nd consecutive time, they gave a U-turn to Joe and Heidi. Awww… not them please?!! The detectives probably found them as a thread in the competition, and wanted to get rid of them, for them, thats the only way to go, fair enough, afterall its a competition, you got to have strategy. But it really sucks to get U-turned in a race for a million bucks! Especially when they are doing quite well. To me, Joe is a strong guy, we all know he has got some problems with his legs, but he never gave up or complained much, and his wife is ever so supportive. Such a great team with good spirit. It is definately ashame they had to go early.

One thing that amazed me in this episode is that many of them had no idea what a baguette is! The cowboys had no clue, lol. Basically its the same as french bread.. the crusty long bread? Im sure you know. Anyway it is so common in England, many have it for lunch with a variety of fillings e.g. chicken tikka, chicken mayo, egg mayo, tuna mayo, etc. If you ever go to France, besides indulgin yourself in their cheap wine, you cant miss their bakery, and cakes. They are the best in Europe!

People,  get yourselves ready, Mr Donald Trump is…. BACK! The long awaited apprentice new season  is finally here and is officially started!!! This is the 3^rd celebrity apprentice, season 9!

This reality show is about individuals, in this case, celebrities coming together to compete in a business competition, and to fight for their favourite charities. One thing I enjoy watching this film is because I know Donald Trump show focuses on helping the needy and donating money to charities. 14 celebrities has come from different states, background, career. Only 1 will win, only 1 will become the apprentice, 1 who will be picked by TRUMP and co-mates, and the winner will have the opportunity of a lifetime to work with TRUMP..A dream come true? Yes? for most of us I guess.. it is a yes.

So who are the celebrities this time around? Here is the list of the 14 celebrities

In episode 1, the 1^st task they had to do was to run a ‘diner’, it was men vs woman’s team, however the men had the advantage of having a chef in their team who had many years of experience from cooking to running a restaurant business. So which team did you think won? The woman or the man?

Donald actually asked one of his good friends – Joan Rivers to visit both the restaurants and to judge who she liked better. And the team that Joan liked better was given an extra $10,000 added to their sales and tips. Joan commented that the men’s team were too slow, and the food served to her was already cold, so obviously she prefered the woman’s team. Despite the woman having an extra $10k, the men’s team still managed to pull off this task with $10k more coming to a total of $57,000 sales and tips. So now, who is eliminated in the woman’s team???

 The total money raised between the 2 teams were $97,000 and like before, the money goes to the winner’s (Bret) charity – American diabetes association for kids with type 1 juvenile diabetes. My favourite at the moment is Curtis the chef, really good looking man lol, and of course Bret was great!! I dont know who I like for the females, it is always hard to like a female, because they bitch too much, and they are annoying at times Ok, I know you want to know who is eliminated then? Well….

The final result is – Carol is fired, it is always very sad to see the 1st person to leave.  Oh well someone has got to leave isnt it? and most of them voted for her to be fired anyway, as she did not raise a lot for the woman’s team.

Synopsis

They eventually became friends through fighting and arguing. Yuyun managed to change and touched the F4 and made them the top four students of the school. Through hardship, they all grew up and learned to control their own lives, chose their own futures, and to strive for their dreams.

This tv drama is similar to F4 Meteor Garden, If you liked and enjoyed that tv drama, this should be the show for you. Hope you enjoy 一起来看流星雨 .

This episode reveals the final 12 of American Idol.

I’m so very upset. Alex Lambert is eliminated. What’s wrong with the voters? It is so obvious that Alex has got something to give to the show. He is such a talented guy, his voice is unique, he sang so well in his last 2 performances. I thought he was going to be top 3 at least, I was so confident with him. I am still hoping that the judges could bring back one person, god please, this is just so wrong, its making me want to quit watching AI! I don’t know what happened there. People please vote for those who can sing, for those who are talented and those you think will bring a lot of good music to us. Don’t repeat the same mistake as season 7. Omg, the result is unbelievable. I still can’t accept the fact that Alex is out?!

I only have one more guy out there who can do me proud. Casey James, you go man!

The female results were kind of expected, as long as Lacey and Didi are still in the show, that is fine. Omg omg omg. What a night. Im speechless now. *still hoping for miracles*

Grey’s anatomy-American medical tv series about the life of interns and residents working in Seattle Grace Mercy West Hospital, with a lot of cheesy dramas’ that happens along the way. This is a must watch tv series!! 

I can’t believe Arizona the paediatric doesn’t want children! What logic is that? …

I love Bailey in this episode. She is so funny and bubbly.. kept going to Callie for advice on the 3rd date with her guy… ‘Do I need to bring condom??’ lol

Mark Sloan is bored… He is looking for a serious relationship?? a wife?? hmmm… will Teddy be the one?? hoho

Bailey and Callie are always fun to watch.. they crack me up most of the time..This show wouldn’t be successful without them!! both are my favourite cast in Greys.. who is you favourite??

I was watching Casey James performance on ‘Heaven’ which was in last week’s episode that I missed, I thought wow, Casey is not the boring guy I thought he was anymore!! I actually watched him sing till the end! And look at kara’s emotions, she is totally focussed on him, face blushing, she seemed to really like Casey. Well it might be just part of the show, but who knows This week he sang one of my favourite songs ‘you’ll think of me’ by Keith Urban!! I’m slowly growing to like him more now.. who would have thought?

Aaron Kelly performance was ok, thought he was a little shaky at the beginning, but he gained confidence and did better from the middle part to the end. Having said that, I think I am losing it for him, he hasn’t got the ‘wow’ factor judging from his past few performances, im losing faith in him, im afraid.

Alex Lambert on the other hand is making me fall for him every week. Im in love with his voice, I can imagine myself buying his album and liking his music, im all in for Alex Lambert! However, this week’s performance was not as great as last weeks, still liking him though.

The rest of the guys performance was nothing special to me, I hope Alex Lambert, Casey James, and Aaron Kelly to make it to the top 12!! Hope they keep their consistency towards the very end of the show.

Top 8 girls of American Idol performs tonight in Episode 19. Some updates for you who enjoy AI like myself
17 year old Katie stevens sang Kelly clarkson’s breakaway, such a brave girl, singing a big song. Did she pull it off? Unfortunately no.Too big for her. For me, I did not feel anything about her singing.

Siobhan sang animal hit ‘house of the rising sun’ it was a surprise for her daddy, who was her inspiration. She managed to make me focus and listen to her sing, but there is something I don’t like about her. I think it is the way she speaks and the way she pronounces the words/lyrics, can’t really hear the words she was singing. All the judges gave positive feedback except for Simon who said it sounded a bit boring, and nothing special. I am on Simon’s’ side in this one! I’d rather listen to the original singer hehe.. so here it is, please enjoy.

Guess what? Lacey Brown rocked the show!! Loved her version of ‘the story’. I know Iv said this many times, but her voice is so unique, and I like her hair and style so much!! Definately a fan of hers!! The thing I enjoy most about AI is to like a song Im not farmiliar with after listening to the contestants performance, if I go away looking up for the song, it means they have done a great job!!! Lacey has definitely done it for me this week! So here you go, ‘the story’ by Brandi Carlile and of course Lacey’s version as well. Her best performance after many weeks!

Didi sang is back with her guitar doing her thing as in the audition. Her singing was good. Kara thinks it is one of the best performance in this season. Simon agreed with Kara and thought she did really well. Keep it up Didi!! She is back on the go. Im very pleased this week, because both my Idols Lacey and Didi are safe.

Crystal Bowersox once again topped the show, Simon said 1 billion % she will be in the top 12! I don’t know her song choice and her style is just not my cup of tea. I hope that this year all talented ones will stay and not eliminated early.

In conclusion top 3 best females in my opinion are Lacey brown, Didi benami and Crystal Bowersox!! I think paige miles will be eliminated. What do you guys think so far? Who is your favourite???

Season 6 – The season continues the stories of the survivors of the fictional September 22, 2004 crash of Oceanic airline Flight 815 on a mysterious island in the South Pacific. It is getting more exciting!! Can’t wait for the next episode, only 10 new episodes left. Be sure you catch all of them as this is the final season!!! Enjoy.

In this round, the teams flew to hamburg, Germany. They all got on the same plane as usual and reached their destinations at the same time.

This week’s task is slightly different; they have to mutually agree to join forces with another team. The cowboys together with the detectives- Louie and Michael arrived at the clue box 1st, so they teamed up and headed for their 1^st task of Bungee jump, in the city. 1 member from each pair went on for the jump, and all the teams managed to pull through that task without much trouble. None in particular had height phobia, which is good, if not 2 teams would have been stucked there.

In the road block the teams are now back in pairs, and have to choose between 2 tasks – down a plate of sour crab before the music ends,  or soccer where they had to shoot the ball at 5 targets. The former task seemed really easy, they were only given a fairly small plate and crabs are my favourite, I don’t know how bad sour crab might taste, but I think this is an easy task, and for those who chose that task, they definitely finished faster. This task was what determined the 1^st team to arrive at the check point. The cowboys went for the soccer, which I think slowed them down a lot, and were overtaken by Louie and Michael, who came in 1^st this round. At least there is some competition now; I wouldn’t want the cowboys to be 1^st again for 3 consecutive times. But for Jordan and Jeff, they gave up on the crabs and went for the other task, thus coming in last,  But they were lucky that this is a non elimination round! So no one is out this week. Pheww Enjoy!
