Season 6 – The season continues the stories of the survivors of the fictional September 22, 2004 crash of Oceanic airline Flight 815 on a mysterious island in the South Pacific. The survivors must deal with two outcomes of the detonation of a hydrogen bomb on the island in the 1970s. While the on-island story continues, “flash sideways” show an alternate timeline, in which Flight 815 never crashes.

Lost season 6 Episode 13 is now up for discussion. It is getting more exciting!! Can’t wait for the next episode, only 3 episodes left. Be sure you catch all of them as this is the final season!!! Enjoy

This sure looks funn to watch!! Im still waiting for this movie.. Has anyone watched it yet? Please comment, let me know if it is worth watching, at the moment, Im really looking forward to watch it.. Hope it is not a crappy one..

The ratings are 6.7/10 from imdb.com, not bad compared to bounty hunter and dear john..

Just finished watching AI few minutes ago. What should I say? Hmmm… Well, generally not very impressed.. Eeek, for those who read my comments on AI, you’re probably bored of hearing the same old thing.. But that is true,Im not impressed. Having said that, you must think there must be 1 that I like most right? Ok, let me reveal. Check out the youtube video below, that is my favourite performance of the night

Lee Dewyze is quite cool ya? He sang it with so much emotions, it did actually made me stop to really listen to him, and it kinda made me teared too.. I rarely stop to listen to someone sing the full song, but I did when Lee performed, So I guess he caught me  attention there, damn! Hehe.. I cant really decide who I like, because everyweek someone new surprises me.. this is not funn… I want to have someone to support! Grrr.. Casey James is getting abit dull now.. didnt like his performance tonight… Crystal, hmm… I know she is the best singer on AI this season, and her performance tonight was very good, her vocal was amazing as usual, but I think she isn’t the type of singer that I’d like? hmm.. I do not know how to appreciate her singing..

And oh not to forget about Siobhan, her outfit….was so weird…the butterflies … what was that all about?? I never liked her.. but with that dressing style.. *speechless*..Sorry guys.. I do pity her, looks to me as if she is trying too hard to impress the judges, but obviously she was utterly dissapointed with the comments, poor thing, but someone has got to go, for me it has got to be her, michael, or aaron! What do you think??? 

Looks like Lee, Casey and Crystal has the highest probability of being the top 3 finalist. I hope they can put on a good show during the finals. I remember in the last few seasons, David Cook, Adam Lambert, and Carrie Underwood did WOW me.. but this year…. ZZzzzzzzz  … to be continued.

Synopsis

They thought their promise to love, honor and obey was tough – staying alive is going to be a whole lot tougher.

Jennifer Aniston is one of the main cast in this film!! Hmm… with Gerard Butler.. Don’t really fancy him, but the movie poster attracted me to download it.. My mood was a little down on Saturday, so I thought, maybe if I pick a nice comedy, it would brighten up my day?.. The Bounty Hunter was the choice after searching for a bit..Did the movie successfully cheer me up? ha-ha.. I wished.. but No.. I was quite dissapointed.. I’d say don’t take my word completely as I was having such a bad day, I guess even if I was watching AVATAR, my respond would have been the same.. so really watch it yourself to find out

The ratings from imdb.com was 5.1/10, so probably I was quite right, the show wasn’t great.

The guys took a coach from Penang–>Kuala Lumpur, then took a train to Singapore. Episode 9 tasks took place in Singapore, another food paradise. It is the cleanest country I have ever been to!

Singapore is an island-city state situated in the southern tip of Peninsular Malaysia, it is the smallest nation in Southeast Asia. It’s population is highly cosmopolitan and diverse, a lot of similarities with Malaysia where there are chinese, malays and indians living in the country, and asians of different origins.

Singapore is a popular tourist destination, another country with lots of delicious cuisines! You can’t miss the food festival in July, it is organized annually, to celebrate Singapore’s cuisines. It is only few hours on the coach from Malaysia, or you could get a train too, whichever you prefer.  I have not been to Singapore for a long time now, the last time I went there was when I was a kid, but the strange thing is I can only remember Singapore Zoo Very random eh? ha-ha.

Back to AR, the couple I hate most – Brent and Caite is still in the race, they made it to 2nd place this week(damn),they also gave a U-turn to the lesbians and caused them to be eliminated. Now only 4 more teams left, with the brothers coming in 1st, the cowboys 3rd, followed by the detectives. Caite is the only girl left among the 4 teams, will this make them a weaker team compared to others? I hope they will be eliminated next, I can’t stand her attitude at all. At this point, I hope the brothers win. you?

The highlight of the week is Turban’s performance!! haha… This week’s theme is Elvis Presley, Tim is finally on the right track, he chose a slower sentimental song  ’Can’t Help falling in love with you’, which he did brilliantly, I was WOWed by his performance, thumbs up for that, Simon said he went from Zero-Hero. I watched it like few days ago, and I can’t actually remember any of their performances unless I look back, sigh..  Hope they can bring on a good show again this coming week. This season’s performance standard fluctuates so much,you might think someone is good, then they fail to deliver a good performance the following week, when you think someone has no hope, he then surprises you nicely, it is unpredictable in a way, but I am still finding it hard to look forward for the next episode. How about you ? What do you think? So far, I think Casey and Crystal will be the top 3 finalist, how long will Tim stay on AI? Did you like Episode 30?

Whoa, in a blink, my blog is now 2 months old. Time passes without you realising eh? Just like how I came to England 5 years ago, and now, I have graduated, and already working?! Omg.. Im still trying to face the fact that I have entered the working world, and there is no turn back?

How I wish I could turn back time and be a kid again, no worries, no commitments, no deadlines, no financial worries, no RESPONSIBILITIES. Lol.. yea dream on eh? That will never happen. This time around the men’s team won the task, led by Curtis, the chef. However the men’s team is down to 3 people now, because Michael left the game, due to some personal reasons, that was a surprised really, because Bret was the one contemplating whether to stay or to go home to see his daughter, who might be diagnosed with diabetes, but in the end, Bret stayed, and Michael left without any warnings. I wonder if these guys left because they had no more interest and motivation to play or…?  

The woman’s team has won 3 tasks in  a row, but they can’t be winning all the time can they? The women has stayed long enough, one has to go. Who is the weakest? Sometimes I wonder why Victoria acted the way she is in Episode 5, she really did not help much at all, no wonder she is fired. Sharon Osbourne was sick again, but has been excused, so lucky right? If it happens again, she will probably be the next one to go, it is unfair to the others really, its the 2nd time already in 5 episodes! well, we will see..

Penang island is a food paradise for Malaysians. It was recognised as having the Best Street Food in Asia by TIME magazine in 2004, citing that nowhere else can have such delicious food and yet so cheap. Penang’s cuisine reflects the Chinese, Nyonya, Malay and Indian ethnic mix of Malaysia, but is also strongly influenced by the cuisine of Thailand.

Places to savour Penang’s food are Gurney Drive, Pulau Tikus, New Lane, Swatow Lane, Penang Road and Chulia Street.  Be sure you check my food blog before visiting, then you can make the most out of your trip, you have not been to Penang if you have not tried the Char Koey Teow, O’ chien (oysters fried eggs), Prawn mee better known as Hokkien mee, ikan bakar (barbecued fish, normally sting rays), Lorbak, Chicken wings and Laksa. Another site that I strongly recommend is www.what2seeonline.com, where this Malaysian lady tells you all about the great food in Penang.

Where to stay in Penang? I would suggest you to stay away from the centre of Penang, for a relaxing holiday and a good sea view. Well Batu Ferringhi has many great hotels with beach front, and a lot of great hawker food stalls to dine in as well as night market to visit nearby, the few recommended luxurious hotels include Golden Sands Resort by Shangri-La, ParkRoyal Penang, and Hard Rock Hotel Penang. For a more budgetted accomodation, you may find these ideal, they are 3 star hotels on the beach front – Holiday Inn Resort Penang and The Bayview Beach Resort, both with good reviews.

If you prefer the convenience of the shopping malls, then find a hotel in Gurney area, e.g. G hotel, or Evergreen Laurel Hotel Penang,  are just a 5-10 minutes stroll to the mall, and there are also hawker food stalls around the area which opens till very late at night, and the famous seafood restaurant just about 10 minutes walk away– Bali Hai which is overlooking the sea, it is always crowded with locals as well as tourist, I’d recommend you go there if you love seafood.

The disadvantage of staying in Gurney is  you don’t get a beach there, so if you are looking to stay in a hotel with a beach front, this isn’t the place, but it is only about 15-20 minutes drive to Batu Ferringhi and Tanjung Bungah where you can enjoy laying by the beach or even enjoying the water sports.

Eventhough this Island is fairly small, it is rich with history and sights, and it offers a large variety of places to visit, from cultural temples to historic buildings. Find out more where you should visit in Penang here
