So, I have been sleeping at 4am, and waking up at 12pm (which, in uk, it would be 9pm and 5am) for the entire trip back home. So hopefully I can maintain this sleeping pattern until I get back to UK, so I dont have to adapt to time difference!!
I will be flying back to UK on the 6th, arriving London on the 7th, and starting work on the 8th! So it is really critical I do not get any jetlag.. or else, I would be suffering at work. Lol.
