I can’t stop thinking about Grey’s Anatomy. It’s all over my mind now. I can’t stop guessing who will be…… Grrr.. 7 days is a long and painful wait, don’t you think? But a 2 hour finale would be great!! Id rather be watching 2 hours at one go then watching the 2 episodes separately.
I love this series so much, especially Season 6!! My favourite character is Callie Torres!! Who is yours?? I hope everything will be good for her and Arizona. I know many people don’t like Callie, I don’t blame you, because she ain’t that typical slim and pretty girl. I didn’t like her when I 1st watched it too, then I slowly realised her character is bubbly and funny in the show, and she is actually very beautiful despite her size, and boy you should hear her sing, there was one episode where she sang silent night, she sounded so good *speechless* Im so glad Shonda Rhimes actually made use of her talent and let her sing, eventhough it was just for one small part, but at least more people know that she can sing now!
You can actually hear more of her theatrical songs on youtube, I was amazed by her talent man. And I think she is someone who’s got brains, not like any typical celebrity with just a pretty face, listen to her interviews, she is someone great inside out! Im just a fan, a big big one too. I’m feeling so emo at the moment because the show is coming to an end.. T_T What am I going to look forward to next?
By the way, check out her speech after winning her 1st Tony Award, and her cat walk too!! *very impressed* Please take a few minutes to watch her videos, I promise, you will love her after watching! Hehe..I’m making everyone like Sara Ramirez!
This last bit, was sucha shock to me when I watched, I was like ‘what the hell was that’? Then, I thought she Rocks ey!! What kinda person would have guts to perform that, seriously?? It’s called The Man I love – Madlibs. This is a must see! Hehe.
For those who hasn’t got enough of her yet, check her version of Colours of The Wind. It’s better than the original version I think!! Tee hee…
Omg omg.. the last few episodes are getting so intense.. apparently there is a 10minutes preview on next week’s 2 hour finale on hulu.. too bad I can’t watch it because they only allow access to US residents.. darn. I’m someone who likes to find out what’s going to happen next.. I know, the majority don’t.
I heard from those who have watched the preview said that the ending is going to be a big SHOCK for everyone. Im so eager to watch the finale, but Im also very sad because the season is coming to an end. I wonder when they will show the new season then?? Anyone knows? Please tell me.
I just want to see good ending between Callie and Arizona, but I doubt it will be any good, they’d always leave it hanging at the end of a season.. oh well we will see..
I found an 8 minute preview of episode 23, check it out if you want to know what happens. If not, wait for the finale, it will be aired on Thursday next week!!
Derek says : there is a shooter in the hospital, stay here.
Apparently in the 1st 10minutes of the show, someone dies, and another got injured!! omg its so intense, I can’t bear waiting for the finale anymore after watching episode 22. Grrr..
Saw this message on youtube comment “let me tell you that the preview left me with my mouth wide open saying OMG because the shooter is shown and ALREADY shoots a main character”
Please don’t let it be Arizona or Callie … either one will make me really dissapointed with the ending!!
If you want to know more, watch the preview!! U’d be surprised, very surprised.

After the long wait, Grey’s Anatomy is finally back. If you want to find out more about grey’s, leave me a comment for the password.
Episode 19 is mainly about Alex’s brother. Yes, no one knew he had a brother which he intentionally not keeps in touch with. This episode reveals Alex’s family background and his childhood days living with over 17 different foster parents. How did he make it as a doctor despite his difficult childhood? This reminds me that nothing is impossible; one can do anything as long as you have the will power and determination. Just like the saying – If there is a will, there is a way, so true right? I never used to like Alex, but knowing this, make me respect him more as a doctor and person. His character is one that you will not like from the beginning, but you will slowly discover the good things in him with time.
The episode continues with the frustrations of Callie wanting to have a child whilst Arizona refuses to. Will their relationship be threatened by this difference?
How about Dr Hunt and Dr Yang? Hunt is still troubled by the past and only Teddy would understand, whilst Yang is frustrated that Hunt isn’t talking to her about it. Are they going to be ok? Teddy is caught in this dilemma not being able to help Hunt when she wants to because of Yang, at the same time she is seeing Mark. How do you like Shonda’s decision of putting Teddy and Mark together? Do they make a good couple? Or is it just a temporary fling?
Yay, Ep18 is finally up. I wonder why they would now show it on alternate weeks, instead of weekly, felt like I waited for ages! Anyway, have you watched it yet?
I thought this episode was amazing, such a touching ending when the patient died peacefully in the husband’s arms.
The main focus was about this patient of Teddy’s who wanted to stop living, because she was enduring too much pain from her cancer. The husband of course did not want that. Teddy turns to Dr Hunt for help where it triggered Hunt’s memories of his life at war when he actually let one of his mates die because he was in too much pain -broken arms and legs, with one arm completely separated from the body and the legs trapped under the vehicle, besides that he had a ruptured artery, where Hunt had to place his hand to apply pressure to sustain his life whilst waiting for rescue to come. You know what was the worst thing that happened? The rescues came right after Hunt let go off his mate. It was too late.. Was Hunt at fault? Should he blame himself for giving up on a life that could have been saved? Have you ever experienced anything similar that has traumatized you for life that you might want to share?
Teddy as her doctor, gave all the information, and explained all treatment options available and the prognosis with each treatment to the patient so that she can make an informed decision and consent her own suicidal. What Teddy did was to prescribe her a medicine which would help her to die more ‘easily’.
If you were a doctor, would you have done that? Is euthanasia legal in your country? This episode of Grey’s has definately stimulated ones mind to think about the controversial topic – euthanasia, which I think is definately worth talking about.
So what is Euthanasia? It is a scientific word that refers to the practice of ending a life in a painless manner. From the greeks, this word meant – Good death. Euthanasia is grouped into 2 classifications one being voluntary euthanasia, meaning the patient consent her own death, the other being involuntary euthanasia where a patient has no ability to consent, so the carer decides on the patient’s behalf. Both can be conducted passively or actively. Witholding a drug i.e. an antibiotic or an opioid analgesia for the continuance of life is regarded as a passive euthanasia. Active euthanasia is normally done by introducing a lethal substance into the patient to kill them, sometimes done through machines where the patient can perform it on themselves. This way of suicidal is the most controversial.
Several countries in the world has legalized voluntary euthanasia. The few countries include Albania, Belgium, Canada, Netherlands, Luxermbourg.
Several other countries are not so clear cut and are in the first steps moving towards legalising it i.e. Japan, India, Norway. Having said all these, the law, rules of the procedures and the local policies are different in different countries, doctors have to comply with them, or else they may be sued for conviction of assisted suicide. In Japan there are no official laws in the status of euthanasia, but the euthanasia policy has been set out by 2 local court cases. There are conditions for the implementation of active and passive euthanasia.
For passive euthanasia
The patient must be suffering from an incurable disease or end stage diseases
Consent must be given by patient to stop treatment, the consent may be a pre-written living will
Patient may be passively euthanized by stopping medical treatment, chemotherapy, dialysis, artificial respiration, IV drip etc.
For active euthanasia
Patient must be suffering from unbearable pain
Death must be inevitable
Patient must give consent (Living wills not acceptable)
Doctor must have tried all other pain relief methods
In Australia euthanasia was first legalized, then it became ilegal by the commonwealth to the Northern territory Act 1978. Please take some time to watch this video from youtube. Such a heart gripping video. This young girl deserves to die peacefully as she has lived it with dignity and honor. She has such a big heart and courage to bring up such issues and ideas when facing with death herself, ideas that may benefit the lives of others in the world, I think these people are to be honoured.
In United States and Mexico, active euthanasia is illegal, however, terminally ill patients or carers for unconscious patients can refuse medication or further medication for the continuance of life. In USA, life suport machines may be withdrawn under specified circumstances. So passive euthanasia is allowed in these 2 countries.
Euthanasia in any way is still illegal in United Kingdom and New Zealand. Any person found to be assisting suicide is breaking the law. By far, Dr Nigel Cox is the only British doctor that have been convicted of attempted euthanasia and was given a 12 month suspended sentence in 1992.
Do you know that the procedure of consent is not all that straight forward. The person has to give consent twice in 2 different times, to proof that they are in clear mind and that they have the capacity to – understand information given to them, to retain the information, to consider and make judgements of the information given i.e. the pro’s and con’s, and then finally make the decision and feedback. If they have ‘the capacity’ to consent on their own suicidal, it is then possible, because then the healthcare professionals and the family members know that the patient is in a situation where he/she is able to make the best decision for themselves without being influenced or affected by other conditions.
Having said so much, what are my views? I definately support euthanasia. I believe that euthanasia should be legalized in all countries. I think we will never be able to understand it unless we are the patient ourselves who are going through all the pain. I have seen many people suffer in the hospital, and you can definately tell that they would be better off in other place (Im not sure where that place might be too) Many of them who decides on euthanasia are those who are suffering from end stage diseases i.e. cancer, and we all know that there are no cure to it, the treatments are only there to relief symptoms and improve the quality of their remaining life, and if the patient is still suffering despite all the medication, why not let them leave peacefully. To me, these people are very brave and should be honoured. What are your views on euthanasia?

I can’t believe Arizona the paediatric doesn’t want children! What logic is that? …
I love Bailey in this episode. She is so funny and bubbly.. kept going to Callie for advice on the 3rd date with her guy… ‘Do I need to bring condom??’ lol
Mark Sloan is bored… He is looking for a serious relationship?? a wife?? hmmm… will Teddy be the one?? hoho
Bailey and Callie are always fun to watch.. they crack me up most of the time..This show wouldn’t be successful without them!! both are my favourite cast in Greys.. who is you favourite??

Omg, Lexie is still sleeping with Alex, I really can’t stand Lexie with blonde hair anymore, makes her looks like a slut man, she looks so much better being a brunette, even so, I never liked Lexie. Good thing Mark is no long together with Lexie, I am pleases that they broke up actually. I prefer Mark when he is sleeping around lols, that makes him ‘Mark Sloan’! But with nurses and patient’s relatives? Errr.. I dont think so.. Btw, I like Arizona but I think Mark and Callie will make such a cute couple.
Owens still pretty much in love with Christina at the moment, but something tells me that Shonda has planned something for Teddy and Owen lol im pretty sure there will be something between them happening, I just got that feeling, anyway I think Teddy and Owen are both made for each other, better as a couple compared to with christina. Dont you think so?
Derek is looking good being the chief! Enjoy Episode 16

Callie’s part!! Enjoy
WARNING – Don’t read this if you havn’t watch.
I loved this episode so much. Can you believe a Tony Award winner being nervous at giving a speech in public? No I don’t think so. Callie’s scene was somewhat contradicting to me, as I have known her as being so great at stage, suddenly I have to watch her being all shaky, and nauseous before the speech. No, can’t really adapt to that LOL. Watching her stutter throughout her whole speech was painful, but nonetheless a great acting skill there. Her ‘bum shaking’ scene was hilarious, I laughed so hard when Yan said ‘she is doing her pee dance’ LOL. Don’t you just love Callie’s character in Grey’s? Not forgetting the biggest highlight of this Episode – callie slept with karev!! Such a shock for me. I wonder if she will get into trouble with Arizona. We will know next week. Can’t wait.
