Little TV Addict

I was shocked to see Sara Ramirez a.k.a Callie Torres, the orthopaedic surgeon from Grey’s Anatomy to be at the American Idol top 5 show!! She was sat just behind Randy, so you can get a glimpse of her when Randy speaks! How cool is that?

From her interviews, I know that she is a big fan of American Idol. But seeing her in the crowd on tv was amazing! She was actually cheering amongst the crowd just like a normal person. Hehe, well she is normal, but she is on Grey’s!!

So in episode 14, Arizona and Callie has got back together, everything is back to normal again. It is sucha shame, their scene was only a short one, then in episode 15, they barely appeared at all!

Let’s hope in Episode 16 (airing today) there will be more calzona lovey dovey scenes!!

I am also interested to see Alex and the new Paeds surgeon! Would be interesting to see how those 2 fall for each other! I think the paeds surgeon has something for him already, you can tell from the way she looks at him! Lol.

No episodes of Grey’s will be aired in December, the next episode will be in January. I can’t wait to find out what happens to Callie and Arizona. Is callie going to give Arizona a hard time before getting back together? Episode 10 was such a cliff hanger.

Christina got all emotional after catching a massive size fish! I thought the ‘Derek and Christina’s’ scenes are weird and awkward. Just because Christina is meredith’s best friend, they don’t have to make Derek and Christina best of friends too! I found it uncomfortable watching their scenes. It is funny how no one else can help Christina but Derek?? What you think??

Grey’s anatomy s7 episode 7 is out! yahooo. 1 episode a week is soo not enough. I’d feel deprived of Grey’s by Monday every week. Argh.

What more, Arizona is officially off for labour for the next few episodes

Anyway few highlights in the episode today.

• Arizona and Callie broke up, because Callie wasn’t ready to give up her career in Seatle, whilst Arizona is thrilled to be in Africa living her dream! Sucha shame. But dont worry calzona fans, we all know they are going to get back together in the end.
• As for Yang, this is a real shocker. She quit!  no more details on that, will have to wait for the next episode to find out why.
• April is falling for Alex! OMG. hmm.. I dont know, I dont like this combi. How about you??
• Mark is still single and available. Surprise surprise!

Arizona won a grant for paeds. Yay! But she is moving to Africa!! Not-so-yay. Arizona is almost due for her 2nd baby in real life. That explains the story line. Hopefully after giving birth, she will be back on the show.

At first Callie was going to join her to Africa, but apparently she wasn’t that keen, but was trying to make Arizona happy. So I think Callie will be staying back Dont worry, there will be more of Callie in Grey’s.

Is it just me or what, but every other cast storyline has gotten abit dull..it seems like grey’s is lacking the usual DRAMA.. Im so deprived of it.. I’d really love to see more of Avery and maybe Teddy.. I wonder if Shonda would ever put them together.. I think they’d make a good couple, dont you think?

Just an ordinary episode to me. But it still made me laugh.

My favourite scene was when Bailey presented her ‘inspirational’ idea to Chief! Bailey wanted to use the million bucks to fix the broken CT machine, the argon laser and the fluoroscope, and use the remaining money to hire a nurse! Hilarious!

Bailey : I think a million dollar would repair all 3 of them. And there might even be enough money left over to put a new nurse on the night shift, which is what our patient’s really need (ended that with a grin)

Chief : Thats it? That’s what you got for me? that’s your best idea?

Lol! Best scene. Love Bailey!

Chief organized a mini competiton between the surgeons, whoever came up with the best and most inspiring presentation related to their own expertise/department, they get 1 million dollars to aid their goal achievement.

So Callie as usual was being competitive, but ended up giving a crappy presentation, she only wanted to outshine Arizona! Lol.. Next best scene of the episode was when Callie gave Arizona a packet of tissues, just in case she cries whilst presenting to chief, that was soooo mean but rather cute, I like it! Love her cheeky naughty expressions! Poor Arizona, being ‘called’ a cry  baby with the chief haha!

The residents are now promoted to attendings. Their 1st day went smoothly, all did great including YAng, She is BACK!! Yay.

And Dr Hunt won the million dollar, sucha shocker to all! So the money goes to the trauma department.

There weren’t anything shocking or too dramatic in this episode, I think it mainly focussed on a very good and strong point – that is –>Learn to accept and love the things your partner loves.

I.e Arizona learnt to accept Mark and like him despite his liking of staring at girl’s boobs, Ha-ha.. because he is Callie’s best friend.

Christina bought a house she hated, a house that was above the ex-fire station, a house that has a fire pole, but most important of all,  it is also the house Hunt likes to live in. How sweet is that.

And…I have to say I think I am liking Avery more and more!! He is soooo handsome, and his 6 packs are very dreamy *drools*! I can sense something happening between Teddy and Avery soon!! Woohoo.. hot couple! Dont you think Grey’s anatomy has got many good looking and hot casts?

Nobody can make you do anything you dont want.. but if you still do it, there must be a damn good reason behind it.. And most of the time, it is for the things you love..

Grey’s Anatomy Season 7 episode 3 is up for watching. Woohoo. Another great episode by Shonda!

Omg. Callie and Arizona are monsters in this episode, Lol!! They were trying to persuade Mer to get Yang and Hunt out of their apartment. Their making out scene during the last few minutes of the episode was WOW! Yang and Hunt’s expressions were hilarious, especially Christina’s! Her expression was PRICELESS!! Welll done christina! I think I am beginning to like Christina more and more!! Callie and her have the funniest character on Grey’s I think, and I just love to watch thm so much

Jessica Capshaw was so pregnant in this episode, especially when she was sitting on the couch!! Apparently she is due this October. I wonder if they are going to make her pregnant in the show or leave her out for a few episodes..

Can’t wait for the next episode!

Finally, Sara’s most recent interview on Lopez Tonight is up on youtube! Woohoo. Waited long enough for another great interview from her.

Sara Ramirez is one big character, her charm and confidence really makes people adore her. I really enjoy watching her walking out on to stage during interviews, she is always vibrant, cheerful, so comfortable being herself, I have never seen anyone more comfortable being themslvs than her, seriously *envious*. Especially celebrity, they are always on the watch out and ever so self conscious. Other grey’s casts never really appealed to me. They were very normal, in fact, I find Jessica Capshaw who plays Arizona Robbins kinda boring during the interview on Lopez Tonight. But I think Sara is going through her gold moments in these last few years, especially after winning the Tony Award, and being offered the job at Grey’s, then carried on being a regular cast on Greys, and each time without fail, the interviewer praises her ability to sing, to act, etcetc. She must be living on cloud 9 at the moment I think. And yet, she is not arrogant or like any typical celebrity, she is forever so grateful, and apparently she doesnt live in a luxurious home, she is still quite modest, which makes her even greater!!! Well I adore her to the max – enough said!

You should check out Sara’s interview on Ellen, that girl can move too!! I love talented people.. especially those who are spontaneous, and never too shy to be themselves! Kudos to Sara. Can’t wait for the clips for the upcoming broadway charity event.

Have you watched Grey’s Anatomy Season 7 Episode 2??

There is alot going on in this episode. Ambitious Shonda tries to cram everyone, each with their storyline into an episode. I realised each of them had a role for about 5 minutes in every episode. That means for Mer Der fans, Calzona fans, Christina and Dr Hunt fans out there, can only look forward to 5 minutes of their favourite casts everyweek! Eek. How  I wished each episode lasted longer!!

Well.. what happened in this episode?? The highlight of this episode was Mer and Der. Mer had a brilliant scene today with Derek. She finally let the cat out of the bag. Yes, she told Derek about her miscarriage. I guess she wanted to tell him long ago, but had no opportunity, it was kinda right time to tell him now so that this can stop him from getting into trouble on the road, ending up in jail etc, and making Mer worried every single day. Check out the clip.

Clearing Christina for surgery was certainly a mistake!! She was obviously not ready, still very much affected by what happened in the last season, the trauma affected her much more than she could have imagined. She fell over and was in a period of shock in the mids of surgery.. Mer went to her rescue, calmed her and gave her assurance. Then Owen came into the picture, for one moment, Christina decided it was a mistake marrying him, she even returned the ring to Owen.. But everything was settled after the girly talk with Mer later that night.

On the other hand, nothing interesting happened between Callie and Arizona.. they were goin on about the deco in their flat, Arizona prefers a more subtle and cheerful paint on the walls, where as Callie likes it dark and frowny haha - Modern and Edgy I meant. And poor Mark, he is still getting the cold shoulders from Lexie. There is nothing much he can do now, but wait.
