Heroes is an American TV drama series. The main storyline is about a group of ordinary people from around the world who discovered that they have supernatural powers, and how these abilities helped to prevent foreseen disasters etc and how the superpowers take effects in each of their lives. This TV series is produced by Universal Media Studios and it is filmed primarily in LA, California.

So far 4 complete seasons have aired, season 4 has just recently finished airing on 8^th February 2010. It is most likely that there will be season 5 according to Greg Grunberg who plays Matt Parkman in the series, he said that the final episode of season 4 is nowhere near a series finale, it is still very cliffhanging, he has no doubt the show will be back.

All seasons have received mainly positive feedback from viewers all over US and some other countries as well. This series have received numerous nominations and won several awards including Primetime Emmy awards, Golden Globes, People’s Choice Awards and British Academy Television Awards.
