Time passes so quickly when you are enjoying yourself eh, I even forgotten to find out more about Network Engineer Jobs for my friend, I promised few weeks ago! I am so terrible eh.

I can’t believe I have been home for almost a month now, and it is time to bid goodbye to my friends and family once more. I should be used to it by now right? Unfortunately I am still not.

This time around, I have made new friends, learnt many new things related to business and investments. I have no regrets earning less £ and having more holidays instead and spend some time at home, looking for opportunities for my future.

After looking for suzuki custom floor mats, I met up with a primary school best friend.

We were the best of friends who had the same interest since young, we were very similar in many things, except that she was way smarter, and scored better in exams! Lol. We used to be known as ‘the twins’ at school. We went for tuition together, school trips, played sports,represented the school for various activities together, and now we are both pharmacists too! Lol

Guess what? We even have the same dream! That is to set up a pharmacy business together?? Omg! If our dream really come true, wouldn’t it be great?! I had a great day meeting my childhood friend, catching up and talking business. ha-ha.

I am loving my iphone! I love the fact that I can check facebook or use it to surf the net on the go. 02 network is pretty good, I manage to load up a page on advertising flags in less than 20 seconds. cool right? Everyone should own an iphone eh. I also enjoy playing the games on there, haha.

Yay! I won a £50 voucher from the company for full attendance!! muahaha. Cool right?

Hard work actually do pay off eh? Now I can use the voucher to buy 12 months worth of shampoos and toilet rolls from my company, and use the extra money on GenF20, ha-ha.

I am pretty lucky this year, besides the £50 voucher, I will receive 2% pay rise for achieving the goals set by my line manager, on top of that I get a 10% bonus too!! WOoohoo, looking forward for June’s pay!

After checking out on smokers life insurance,I went to look at the weather forecast. Like I said, British weather is so unpredictable. Last week, the weather was so cold and humid, the temperature was about 12-16 degrees.

But past 2 days, the sun was out practically all day!! And the temperature was about 22degrees! can you believe the difference in just a couple of days? It is insane. You just can’t tell what to wear.

Now the forecast is saying that this will be the hottest summer in 5 years?! Well, I think it is too early to tell. We will see. Hopefully the weather will stay the same for awhile since we will be spending the weekend in dorset.

I was shocked to see Sara Ramirez a.k.a Callie Torres, the orthopaedic surgeon from Grey’s Anatomy to be at the American Idol top 5 show!! She was sat just behind Randy, so you can get a glimpse of her when Randy speaks! How cool is that?

From her interviews, I know that she is a big fan of American Idol. But seeing her in the crowd on tv was amazing! She was actually cheering amongst the crowd just like a normal person. Hehe, well she is normal, but she is on Grey’s!!

So mother’s day is around the corner. Have you bought your mothers day present yet?

Well once again, I will not be home, so I can’t celebrate it with my family, such a shame isn’t it? Hopefully my sisters will come up with something nice for mothers day. I will be working on Saturday, so I will have to remind myself to wish my mom happy mother’s day via text at work!

I would like to take this opportunity to wish all moms out there a very happy mother’s day! Have a good one.

My secondary school friend aka neighbour was kind enough to organize a reunion dinner for my homecoming. So yesterday we went for nyonya food – The Wok at Kota Damansara, recommended by another friend.

 The food was tasty, but quite spicy for me. I think after living in England for 6 years, my taste buds have changed slightly, I’d prefer milder food.

Then after dinner we went over to a friend’s condo to chill. The pool area looked so lush and the lightings were great for camwhoring!! Guess that was what we did for the rest of the night, and of course not forgetting, lots of laughters and catching up!

It was a great night.

Before this, I never browse online shopping sites. Eversince last christmas, I got influenced by a friend who is a frequent online shopper. I wouldn’t say I have got into the habbit yet, because I havn’t bought much online so far, besides grocery shopping, but I have been going on to zara, topshop, urban outfitters, and house of fraser websites more than usual.

Today after work, I promised my sister to find some information on  online business degree for her, but again I ended up looking for bags on zara! *sweats* Do you shop online at all?? I thought I will never be an online shopper, because really I prefer going into stores, look at the real thing before buying them, but not only until recently I realised, it is indeed a lot of fun browsing online, as you can order as many, try at the comfort of your own home, then return and get refund if you don’t like it, On top of that, you save a lot of time too, and save on travelling!! I think I can go on and on about my new found interest eh.

I guess for now I should go back on finding out more about  online business degree instead, if not when my sister ring me tomorrow, I don’t know what to tell her!! Ha-ha. As a big sister, I should help her as much as I can eh. After all, it is her future I am talking about.
